As ‘Atlantica’ drumbeats continue to echo, people want to know: What is the trouble and who are the trouble-makers?

HALIFAX (July 1, 2007) – DURING JUNE 13-16, business and political leaders gathered in a conference Halifax convened under the rubric of “Atlantica the International Northeast Economic Region” (AINER). They came from western and northern New York State, the New England states of Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine, the Gaspé region of Quebec and the four Atlantic provinces.
