Guidelines, measures for mask wearing and social distancing, restrictions on indoor and outdoor gatherings and activities, operation of retail and other businesses open to the public, and regarding educational, cultural, and entertainment facilities issued by the Quebec, provincial and territorial governments continue to evolve and change regularly. New federal restrictions on non-essential travel outside Canada will be in place in early September, 2021. Information on Canada’s supply of vaccine and rollout of vaccination are also evolving rapidly.
