Condemn Canada for facilitating Israeli state war crimes against the Palestinian people!

Toronto demonstration, February 1, 2020, stands with Palestinian people rejecting the “Deal of the Century.”

The Canadian state’s current support for Zionism is part of its manoeuvring for Canada to win one of  five non-permanent seats on the UN Security Council for a two-year term beginning in 2021. From this vantage point, Canada could better serve U.S. imperialist interests, which includes putting a human face on Zionist war crimes and terrorism against the Palestinian people, and U.S. aggression worldwide. War on Syria: CIA program supplied money, weaponry and training to terrorist forces

Introduction

Timber Sycamore was a classified weapons supply and training program run by the United States Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and supported by various Arab intelligence services, most notably that of Saudi Arabia. The program is the proverbial tip of the iceberg. It is further evidence that the United States and/or any of its collaborators and accessories including the Canadian government, with its proxy support, training and arms programs in Kurdistan, Jordan, Israel and Saudi Arabia, are guilty of crimes against humanity through aggression against the Syrian Arab Republic, a sovereign country. The use of proxy mercenary armies camouflaged by a fictitious “civil war,” according to the Obama Doctrine, masks the identities of their sponsors. It cannot hide them however, nor their aggression, from the light of day nor the reaches of international law. Continue reading

Nation-building in the 21st century or empire-building | YOUTH FOR DEMOCRATIC RENEWAL*

Syrian graphicIn today’s world, the bourgeoisie is working to destroy the nation: it sells the nation’s assets and put its human, material and natural resources at the disposal of monopolies competing on world markets. In the 19th century an Anglo-Canadian state was established based on the model of the European nation-state. Continue reading

(June 15) – There was nothing surprising about Israel finding itself not culpable for the killing of four boys on a Gaza beach in July last year, as it did in a military judgment released a few days ago.

Israel’s investigations into its own crimes aren’t known for delivering guilty verdicts. Continue reading
